Suttons Bay Art and Craft Fair (August)
Suttons Bay's fair is small, intimate, and consistently excellent. The village setting — walkable, charming, surrounded by Leelanau Peninsula vineyards — makes the shopping experience feel relaxed and personal. Many of the exhibiting artists are local, and the work reflects the landscape: pottery glazed in lake colors, photography of peninsula sunsets, handwoven textiles in earth tones. Held in Leland, the Leelanau Artisan Market is less a traditional fair and more a curated pop-up of the peninsula's working artists and makers. Harbor Springs Art Fair (August)
The Harbor Springs art fair takes place in the village's compact downtown, steps from Little Traverse Bay.
