No Refunds Policy

Featured Listing Payments Are Non-Refundable
All payments for featured event listings are final and non-refundable. This includes the $5 featured event fee and any other paid placement, promotional, or listing upgrade offered on the site.
Why the Fee Exists
The featured listing fee helps reduce spam, duplicate submissions, and low-quality listings. Paid featured events may skip the standard manual review queue and receive featured placement, subject to these policies.
No Guaranteed Results
Payment for a featured listing does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, clicks, views, search engine ranking, social sharing, revenue, or any other outcome.
Removed or Edited Listings
We may remove, reject, edit, or de-feature listings that violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Refunds are not provided for listings removed because of inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, abusive, spammy, or otherwise prohibited content.
Event Changes or Cancellations
No refunds are provided because an event is postponed, canceled, rescheduled, relocated, poorly attended, or otherwise changed. Event organizers are responsible for keeping their listing accurate.
Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same featured listing, contact the site as soon as possible. We may review billing errors at our discretion, but this policy does not create a general right to refunds.
